the kids got a new playroom :)

Jason and I decided to make some changes in how we use the space we have in our home. The kids are inside a lot, due to their crazy nap schedules, and I wanted to give them more room to roam, and consolidate their toys a little better so that they weren't all over the house. Before, most of the kids' toys were in their room. They never went up there to play, but instead were bringing toys downstairs all the time. The toys ended up in the kitchen or the dining room with no place to put them... making mama crazy and the mess waaaay to spread out for my liking.

So we decided to move the dining room table into the kitchen (and it fits!), and claim the dining room space for the kids. It turned out so neat! Now their room has more space and looks and feels less cluttered and cleaner. I'll have to post some updated pics of their room (since I did a room tour awhile back).

Here are some photos of their new space (and a few others too). I hope you like it!

BTW, part 2 of our house tour (our bedroom) is coming soon! I just can't keep the room clean enough to take pictures of it - can you relate? :)

Here's the dining room before.
 and now, after! :)

Noah decided to give Shelby a hug while I was taking photos. :)

He loves the dog and cat :)

The teepee was a Christmas present from Santa to the kids :)

this is Shelby. :)

the kids love their teepee!

Happy Thursday! :)
