hi y'all

Just sitting here, contemplating my return to blogging... when you're a bloggerish kind of gal and offline for a few days it feels like an eternity, though these few days away have been much needed. I sort of developed an aversion to the internet after posting my raw milk story, which apparently pissed off a lot of people, something I am still trying to understand, though I have made peace with them. I've been in other debates too - last week was like, the get-in-a-debate-on-Facebook-about-things-you're-passionate-about week. I just wanted to kick Facebook in the ... er... face?

Too much time online makes me dull.

I had a great weekend though! I'll tell y'all about it maybe tomorrow. I am just kicking back and taking it slow at the moment. I put too much pressure on myself to produce good blog posts and it just consumes my life. I want my life to be consumed by all the order of nature and the goodness of Jesus and freedom of song. Must broaden the view. Must stop doing things that suck the life out of me.

In other very brief news, my beautiful baby boy Noah has taken to fist bumping just about everyone he meets. We have rearranged the downstairs to allow the children to occupy even more real estate than before... currently transforming the dining room into a playroom. And I finally watched the Oscars from start to finish this year... haven't seen a single film except The Help, though now I know which ones I should see! I am now kind of obsessed with all the best/worst dressed lists. I loved Emma Stone's dress the most... what about you?

So now, a few photos just to hold you over that I took around Valentine's Day but never shared.

On another note, so glad so many of you have decided to follow along. I am truly thankful and so blessed to have met so many new ladies.

More soon. xoxoxo
