long and arduous process, but it's finally over... no more threat of foreclosure looming over our heads, no more worry... it's done. If it wasn't for our amazing and wonderful realtor

home. You can look here and see some more history on this process. But we are thankful to have a somewhat clean slate now and hope that we can move forward and make the most of this time here at the townhouse to get on our feet and start over!

I haven't followed your whole process with the house, but I have gone back and read a few things and just am so glad to hear it has been settled, even if it means a goodbye.
ReplyDeleteWe have been dealing with our bank trying to get a loan modification for FOUR YEARS and finally hired a lawyer to handle it because our bank has been deceptive and shady throughout the process. My husband lost his job just 3 months after we bought our house and it's been so frustrating trying to get things worked out. It's encouraging to see someone at the end of a tunnel and making peace with the changes. Thank you for sharing this journey.
