The exposure on today's photo is high, but I am sure if it was just as high as on day 1 you would see even more of a difference. Absolutely amazed. Husband sees the difference too. I am really stoked about the changes and it truly does boost my confidence when my skin is better... I think I'll do the updates for a full two weeks to see the changes. Woke up with this incredible, moving song on my mind... not sure if you all have seen this video on You Tube before, but this woman... her name is Temple, and she and her husband sang this song during her labor with her son... she apparently has two big contractions during the song - I can understand, as a singer, how the vibrations and intensity of the song, as well as the deep breathing would help her through her labor. Spiritually speaking, there are so many implications of laboring in conjunction with choosing to be led by the Lord, lie down in green pastures, allowing him to restore my soul. Labor = bringing forth of great joy and delight, and release, and new life, though we have to go through great pain and suffering, inevitably wanting to give up along the way before it comes... in the process we must choose the green pastures, being cared for by the Lord... that is exactly where we are. Enjoy this video, whether or not you are a "spiritual" person... I think you will.
