the old mill at dry creek // memorial weekend ((Saturday))

Over Memorial Day weekend my mom's family went back to The Old Mill at Dry Creek - the same place we stayed in January for our late Collins Family Christmas. This place is magical and had (has) creeks galore (two or three merging in this holler, one coming out of the mouth of a cave) begging for us to come back during the warmer months so we could play in them.

That's exactly what we did.
And we ate well, too. Big breakfasts and yummy, fresh, hearty dinners. Couldn't have been better.

Here are some photos from Saturday. And as you know, I take tons of pictures, so I took a cue from Bekah and I am breaking these up into a couple of different posts. Sunday photos will be up tomorrow.

Enjoy.

there's a cave at the top of the hollow. A few family members went caving that night...
