For Father's Day, Jason and I took the kids to Yellow River Game Ranch for the first time. I'd heard about it from him for eons but we'd never been. Turns out to be a big zoo-ish park where you can hand feed sweet little critters like bunnies, squirrels, deer, goats, sheep, llamas, donkeys... you name it. They even have bears, bobcats and mountain lions that I guess were injured and could not be re-released into the wild (not real sure about that honestly... but I assume so in this day and age - honestly, this part made me a little sad). At any rate the babies had so much fun. My favorite critter was the tortoise. So much character, I just couldn't take it. Shiloh fell in love with an albino donkey. Noah ate too much food off the ground and ran amuck as usual. He had diarrhea for a week after we went there from eating bites off the same food the animals ate... am I grossing you out yet? I had a zen moment with a bunny rabbit at the end... All in all, it was blessed. Here are the photos I took. :)
