friday web favorites

Totally random picture... I thought this was kinda funny/cute of Shiloh in the snow in Chicago (December 2009). Reminiscent of a certain popular Christmas film... am I a cruel mother??

Okay I just made that fancy title up as if I am starting a new series, but truthfully I have no idea if that's actually what's gonna happen... I just saw a few fabulous things on the internet the last few days and want to pass them on to you.

First of all, check out my interview over on mylittleloves!!

1. This is what the Christmas "spirit" is all about: unearned grace.
2. This didn't really blow my mind, other than it made me want to slap myself.
3. Hearing this father and daughter sing together, especially THIS song in particular, made my heart so tender and my eyes rather weepy. Thanks, Jess @ Boho Baby Bump for the post!
4. I really love Ron Paul. Learn about him.
5. Check out my brother, Daniel, doing what he does best: being awesome (and being talented - singer, musician, poet)! By the way, that's his wife, Tiffany hollering "THAT'S MY MAN!!!! THAT'S MY MAN!!!" haaa haaa!! Dan won the Omega Showboat Extravaganza with this performance. You can read more of his INCREDIBLE TESTIMONY on his website www.danielstephens.net ... I don't care who you are, his story is at very minimum, inspiring. You can "like" him on Facebook too.
6. I am absolutely in love with www.farmweather.com and www.icelandicbutterflies.tumblr.com, both blogs of Big Picture Farm... I get lost... one day maybe I can blog about our farming adventures.
7. An old friend, who shares my name, is one of my absolutely favorite photographers. Her work is captivating. She gets to photograph some of the neatest events. She's traveled the world and you get to see her work on her site... pretty neato. Check her out. 
8. A frequent haunt, the Glacier National Park webcams... my favorite place on Earth... at least I get to visit via the internet.
